These Terms apply only to HiveParty and package com.hiveparty.app. By creating an account or using HiveParty, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to use HiveParty. You may not use the Services if doing so is prohibited in your location. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
2. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
- Keep login credentials and verification codes confidential.
- Do not sell, transfer, rent, or share accounts.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may require identity or ownership verification to protect the account and community.
3. The Services
HiveParty may provide profiles, user discovery, live voice rooms, chat, AI Soul conversations, teams or agencies, virtual gifts, games, events, and paid features. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available in every country, language, or device configuration.
4. Community conduct
You may not use HiveParty to:
- harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, stalk, or endanger another person;
- publish unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content;
- solicit minors, facilitate trafficking, or promote self-harm or violent wrongdoing;
- spam, manipulate engagement, run unauthorized promotions, or distribute malware;
- circumvent security, moderation, purchase verification, access limits, or account restrictions;
- reverse engineer or interfere with the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- buy, sell, launder, or exchange virtual items or currency outside authorized HiveParty channels.
We may investigate reports and remove content, restrict rooms, suspend accounts, reverse invalid virtual credits, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to protect users or enforce these Terms.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant HiveParty a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, adapt for technical formatting, and moderate that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Services. This license ends when the content and associated backups are deleted, except where content was shared with others, must be retained by law, or has been made anonymous.
You represent that you have the rights needed to upload or share your content. Respect copyright, privacy, publicity, and other rights. You can report infringement or unsafe content at axsam685@gmail.com.
6. Voice rooms and communications
Voice rooms and chats may be live, public, or visible to other participants as indicated in the App. Do not share sensitive information you do not want others to know. Participants may independently retain information they receive. HiveParty may process communications and related metadata for delivery, safety, moderation, fraud prevention, and support as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. AI features
AI Soul responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. AI output is for conversation and entertainment and is not professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Do not rely on AI output for high-impact decisions. You remain responsible for how you use or share AI-generated content.
8. Virtual items and payments
- Coins, gifts, badges, and similar items are limited, revocable licenses for use inside HiveParty. They are not money, stored value, property, or a deposit account and generally cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Android purchases are processed under Google Play's billing and refund rules. Prices, taxes, and available products are shown before purchase.
- We may correct duplicate, fraudulent, refunded, charged-back, or technically erroneous credits and may restrict accounts involved in abuse.
- Except where law or marketplace rules require otherwise, completed consumption of virtual items is final.
9. Intellectual property
HiveParty and its licensors own the Services, software, branding, designs, and other materials excluding your content. These Terms grant only a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using HiveParty or request account deletion at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created safety or legal risk, failed purchase verification, or used the Services fraudulently. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, particular social results, or the conduct of other users. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiveParty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the Services. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or certain personal injuries.
13. Disputes and governing rules
Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the HiveParty service provider, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections or courts available in your place of residence.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Services or law changes. We will publish the updated date and provide additional notice for material changes when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
